Just bought and now it keeps crashing.....

Incredible game, jump is a little odd. Difficult game. Makes you come back for more to upgrade your weapons.

the only reason the game receives 5 star ratings is because the description says theyll keep updating if you give them 5 stars (June 3rd 2010 - i wonder if theyll remove that line now that someone called them on their bribe)! DONT GET FOOLED! this is one of the most boring games on the App store, one of the most boring games ive played in my life. the gorgeous graphics dont make up for how theres absolutelly NOTHING to the gameplay here. not even the biggest side-scroller fan can justify how terrible and repetitive the gameplay is. you walk and press a button. thats it. the attacks dont stun the enemies in different ways, they dont have different timing, they dont leave you or the enemy open for following attacks, theres no combos or stringing attacks in any significant way, you cant aim at multiple body parts to slow them down, you cant throw them over each other, and the guns are there just to LOOK different... you cant do ANYTHING in this game. grab any game from the NES, SNES, Genesis or Master System era and itll whoop the floor with this game. even Last Battle/Hokuto no Ken for the Master System, which is one of the worst games of the genre, is miles above this. in that game you could at least stun opponents and had different timing in your moves. the developers shouldve just made a running game like Action Hero, where you dont need variety. the way it is, Twin Blades is just boring and a complete waste of the artists ability. go play any free action game instead, itll be much better.

Need to fix the controls and the zombies are killing me in two hits, when they grab me they will not let go, I shook the controls and it did not work.

Love this game so much I got it on xbox live too.

But needs for the weapons to look different and how th F do you beat boss 2 Ive tried every weapon on it and still cant even damage it

I played this game for soooo long I had to charge my iPod 3 times in one day...and I try to follow all the tips to get long battery life. I even installed Battery Doctor. Anyway this app is worth the $3 even though I got it for free. It is challenging but very fun. BUY IT NOW! BEST SIDE-SCROLLER EVER!

So the first time I wrote a review, I gave this app 1 star. After deleting it from my phone I recently saw an update in itunes. So I downloaded it and decided to give this app a second chance after reading some of the reviews. I can happily say that this is not even the same game! Everything has been redone and this game is amazing now. The first version should have just stayed a beta and been called that. I highly recomend it if you are a fan of Incvaders or Zombieville USA. Twin Blades outdoes both of those games in my oppinion, with graphics, gameplay, story, upgrades, and overall fun. Note to the devs* Great job on adding different moves when you level up certain weapons! The more depth you can add the better. You did a great job on the story and overall feel of the game. Thanks for sticking with it :)

Its been said before, the jumping is a little weird, and the joypad is funky, , but my main problem is that I leveled up my life all the way, and I still die very easily. So basically, mote upgrades please.

Im at the final boss.... I beat all the other bosses, and here is how to beat them. On butcher boss(1st) use all of ur energy for holy beam on him and right when he swings his axe, jump over him. Kill monsters for more energy and repeat all the steps again. For the second boss(necromancer) u have to attack him with the corresponding weapons(upgrade all ur weapons) when its black dont attack, when its orange use the pistol or machine gun. When its red use flamethrower, when its blue use ice. The colors go in order black, orange, red, and blue. Good luck.

Its a great game for iPhone

I loved this game and the only way i think it could be any better would be if they added a variaty of playable characters

This is a great 360 indie game, and its even better on-the-go. If you like Zombieville-style walk-and-kill games, this is in the top echelon of the genre. Beautiful design, super-detailed art, and incredibly smooth animation; deep melée and firearm combat; fantastic music and sound design; full Openfeint support --- this is the complete package. Worth every penny.

Cant beat the last boss.The time I try breaking the orb I get kill by the zombies in 2 hits and we need more health!!!

It has a good story, great gameplay, nice anime looks, and many nice upgrades. Its only flaw is that there should be a jump button instead of up on the contol pad. its still worth thr 3 dollars

The easy level is too hard. Any way to make it easy for real? Other than that, the game is awesome

When I first got this game (earlier version) it was alright but it was missing something. Now, with this update, EVERYTHING IS AWESOME xD I was actually scared on how strong the first boss was and now Im looking forward to seeing what this game has in store, the only thing I think should be changed is the icon, looks good but just seems old (noting bad o.o) looking forward to see how you can make this game better xD EDIT: Besides the lack of major updates, the only real thing missing from this game are the more chapters it needs that show what happens to the other nuns...or at least an alternate story for the nuns.
